Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-10 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for the latest deals!

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier, or visit our Track Order page for easy tracking.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
