At Pure Pet Living, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pet food and treats
  • Grooming products that have been opened or used
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
